The Birds and Bees

Remember when you and your parents had "the talk" or better still picture the look on your sons face when you tell him your version of the "birds and bees".

Brace yourself what I have to say is equally provocative.

That depression you are so desperately trying to shake is the result of chemistry.

You see your body is an amazing factory that produces everything you need to survive and hopefully thrive.

How does your body know the difference between a heart cell and a fingernail cell?
Simple chemistry.

How does your body tell if you are cold , hot, happy or not?
Simple chemistry.

So, what does science have to do with depression...everything.

Remember that awful argument you had with your husband last night, you know the one that almost drove you to eat the whole pan of brownies?

Oh, how insensitive he was ... Why couldn't he just listen...

Sound familiar?

Feel familiar?

Its amazing that just thinking about an event can produce nearly the same level of intense feelings you experience during the actual event.

Look at it this way. How do you know that you were furious and hurt all at the same time?

Your ability to feel emotion is your body responding to a thought. That thought then triggered specific chemicals to be released. Those chemicals and perhaps the tightness in your muscles or the steady steam of tears cascading down your cheeks help you to identify your emotions.

Its simply a fact of life.

The only way to change those feelings is to effect those chemicals.

There are many ways to change how you feel. Prescription meds., exercise, counseling, coaching and the like.

But, my very favorite way to feel better is the Master Brain supplement.

Bravo! If you are managing your depression well. However, if you are still searching for help out of the pit of depression or if perhaps you need a bit more of a boost to compliment what you are doing I believe the Master Brain supplement can help you truly start to live again.

Wishing you the best.
